TaskRbot.com is operated by QAI Solutions LLC, a company registered in the State of New York, with a principal business location in Brooklyn, NY. We provide: (a) the Task-R-bot subscription service for trade contractors; (b) Yelp launch and profile-update packages; (c) Get a Website (website design, logo, and brand-kit services); and (d) related support services.

2.Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to personal information collected through TaskRbot.com and its subdomains, and to information you provide to us by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services we link to, even when those links appear on TaskRbot.com.

3.Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide directly

When you fill out one of our forms (such as Apply to connect a bot, Yelp onboarding, Yelp profile update, Get a Website, the intake questionnaire, or the SMS consent form), we collect information including but not limited to:

• Your first and last name;
• Business name, trade or service category;
• Phone number (for SMS and/or voice);
• Email address;
• Preferred contact method;
• Business address, home address (for Yelp onboarding), service area / cities served;
• Business description, services offered, years of experience, licensing, insurance, warranty information;
• Yelp Business ID, Yelp Ad Spend, Yelp page URL, Google Business Profile URL;
• Website preferences (language, website type, style, colors);
• Payment method preferences (the Company does not collect or store card numbers on the website — payment is processed through a secure third-party link);
• Consents you provide (SMS consent, terms acceptance, portfolio opt-in/opt-out);
• Any additional materials you provide (photos, logos, testimonials, content text, reference websites).

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit TaskRbot.com, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect:

• IP address;
• Device and browser type;
• Pages viewed, referring URL, time on page, and scroll depth;
• Language preference;
• General geographic region derived from IP (country/region level, not precise location);
• Cookies and similar identifiers as described in §8.

3.3 Information collected during service delivery

During the delivery of our services (for example, designing a website), we collect additional information you voluntarily share with us, such as photos, testimonials, logos, and materials for the website.

4.How We Use Information

We use the information described in §3 to:

• Review and respond to service inquiries submitted through our forms;
• Provide the services you ordered, including Task-R-bot onboarding, Yelp launch or profile update, website design, logo design, and brand-kit creation;
• Communicate with you about your order, project status, approvals, and delivery (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp);
• Send secure payment links and process payments through our payment processor;
• Maintain our business records, including applications, project files, and transaction records;
• Operate, maintain, and improve TaskRbot.com;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations;
• Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for independent advertising targeting.

5.How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers that help us operate our business, such as cloud hosting, form submission processing, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, and database providers (see §6 for the main providers we use). These providers may process your information only for the purposes for which we engaged them.
• With other parts of our own business, such as moving information collected via the Yelp Onboarding form into our internal Professionals database once you become an active service provider through our platform.
• When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or legally binding request from a government authority.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public, including to investigate fraud or a violation of our Terms.
• In the context of a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to this Policy.

6.Third-Party Services We Use

We use the following third-party providers to operate TaskRbot.com and deliver services. Each provider processes information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.

7.SMS & Text Message Communications

When you check the SMS consent box in one of our forms, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us at the phone number you provided. These messages relate to: reviewing and responding to your application; onboarding, project status, approvals, and payment links; delivery of services; and periodic follow-ups related to your account.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your project and account activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you may reply HELP for help. Opting out will stop messages related to our services but may also prevent us from completing your current order.

8.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

TaskRbot.com uses cookies and similar technologies (including those set by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) for purposes such as:

• Operating essential features (for example, remembering your language preference);
• Measuring aggregate traffic, popular content, and site performance;
• Detecting fraud or abuse.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may reduce certain features of TaskRbot.com but will not prevent you from reading content or submitting forms.

9.Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

• Provide ongoing services you ordered;
• Maintain business, tax, and accounting records in accordance with applicable law;
• Enforce our Terms of Service and resolve disputes;
• Comply with legal obligations, including recordkeeping requirements for SMS consent.

When personal information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

10.Your Choices & Rights

You can:

• Access or correct the information you provided to us by contacting support@qai-solutions.com;
• Request deletion of personal information that is not required to be retained for legal, tax, or ongoing-service reasons;
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message (see §7);
• Opt out of email marketing (transactional messages related to your order will continue);
• Opt out of portfolio use of your completed website, logo, or brand kit at any time, free of charge, by emailing support@qai-solutions.com.

We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable period, generally no more than 30 days.

11.Rights for California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share;
• The right to request access to and copies of your personal information;
• The right to request correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
• The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law);
• The right not to be subject to discrimination for exercising these rights.

12.Children's Privacy

TaskRbot.com is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our website, please contact us at support@qai-solutions.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13.Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls on our databases, and PCI-compliant payment processing via our payment provider. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14.International Users

TaskRbot.com is operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using TaskRbot.com, you consent to such transfer.

15.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version posted at the top of this page with the current Effective Date is the one that applies. Material changes will be announced on TaskRbot.com or via direct notice to active Clients when reasonably practical.
