This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how QAI Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit TaskRbot.com, submit any form on this website, communicate with us by SMS or email, or use any of our services.

By using TaskRbot.com or submitting any form on this website, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1.Who We Are

TaskRbot.com is operated by QAI Solutions LLC, a company registered in the State of New York, with a principal business location in Brooklyn, NY. We provide: (a) the Task-R-bot subscription service for trade contractors; (b) Yelp launch and profile-update packages; (c) Get a Website (website design, logo, and brand-kit services); and (d) related support services.

2.Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to personal information collected through TaskRbot.com and its subdomains, and to information you provide to us by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services we link to, even when those links appear on TaskRbot.com.

3.Information We Collect

Notice at Collection (CCPA/CPRA). At or before the point of collection, TaskRbot.com discloses to California residents the categories of personal information it collects, the business and commercial purposes for which each category is collected or used, the categories of third parties and service providers with whom each category is shared, and the length of time the information is retained. The Company does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law, and does not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer.

3.1 Information you provide directly

When you fill out one of our forms (such as Apply to connect a bot, Yelp onboarding, Yelp profile update, Get a Website, the intake questionnaire, or the SMS consent form), we collect information including but not limited to:

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit TaskRbot.com, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect:

3.3 Information collected during service delivery

During the delivery of our services (for example, designing a website), we collect additional information you voluntarily share with us, such as photos, testimonials, logos, and materials for the website.

3.4 Categories of Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA framework)

In the twelve (12) months preceding the Effective Date, the Company has collected the following categories of personal information as defined in California Civil Code § 1798.140:

The Company does not collect “sensitive personal information” (for example, Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric information, health or medical data, financial-account credentials, or content of private communications) through TaskRbot.com. Payment-card details are collected directly on the payment processor’s secure page and are never stored on Company systems.

4.How We Use Information

We use the information described in §3 to:

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for independent advertising targeting.

5.How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

6.Third-Party Services We Use

7.SMS & Text Message Communications

When you check the SMS consent box in one of our forms, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us at the phone number you provided. These messages relate to: reviewing and responding to your application; onboarding, project status, approvals, and payment links; delivery of services; and periodic follow-ups related to your account.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Message frequency varies based on your project and account activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you may reply HELP for help. Opting out will stop messages related to our services but may also prevent us from completing your current order.

8.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

TaskRbot.com uses cookies and similar technologies (including those set by Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) for purposes such as:

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may reduce certain features of TaskRbot.com but will not prevent you from reading content or submitting forms. You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8.1 Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control signals

Because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals, TaskRbot.com does not currently respond differently when it receives a DNT signal. However, because the Company does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no DNT-style opt-out is required to stop such activity on TaskRbot.com. The Company does honor a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by the Client’s browser as a valid request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under California law; to the extent the Company begins any such “sale” or “sharing” in the future, GPC signals will be treated as an opt-out.

9.Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to:

When personal information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

10.Your Choices & Rights

Not a consumer reporting agency. The Company is not a “consumer reporting agency” under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq., and does not assemble or evaluate consumer information to provide consumer reports to third parties.

13.Data Security; NY SHIELD Act Compliance

We use reasonable and industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, modification, disclosure, loss, or misuse. These safeguards include transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit, access controls and credential management for our databases and internal tools, restriction of access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, logging and monitoring of administrative activity, third-party PCI-compliant processing of all payment-card data, and reasonable vetting of service providers under written contracts or published terms that require them to protect personal information.

New York SHIELD Act. As a New York-registered entity, the Company maintains a data-security program reasonably designed to comply with the New York Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act, N.Y. Gen. Bus. Our program includes reasonable administrative safeguards (designating employees to coordinate security, identifying foreseeable risks, training personnel, and selecting service providers capable of maintaining appropriate safeguards), technical safeguards (assessing risks in network and software design, information processing, transmission, and storage, and detecting, preventing, and responding to attacks or system failures), and physical safeguards (detecting, preventing, and responding to intrusions, protecting against unauthorized access during or after collection, and disposing of private information within a reasonable time through erasure or destruction).

Breach notification. In the event of a security breach involving “private information” of New York residents (or personal information of residents of other states with comparable laws), the Company will investigate, take appropriate remedial measures, and provide notification to affected individuals, the applicable state Attorney General, and other authorities, as and when required by the SHIELD Act or other applicable federal and state law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security. The Client is responsible for keeping its own devices, passwords, and payment credentials secure.
