These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern website design and related services ordered through the "Get a Website" page on TaskRbot.com and provided by QAI Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). The person or business submitting the order form is referred to as "Client," "you," or "your."

By submitting an order through the "Get a Website" page and checking the box stating "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply only to website design and related add-on services purchased through the "Get a Website" page. They do not govern the Task-R-bot subscription, Yelp launch packages, Yelp profile updates, or any other services we offer, unless expressly stated in writing.

See §8 (Domain) and §9 (Hosting) for specific arrangements.

3.Payment Terms

3.1 Website Payment Structure

Payment for the website package is split into two parts:

The $99 deposit is credited toward the total price of the website package. For example, if the Client ordered the English-only website ($499), the remaining balance due on completion is $400. For the bilingual website ($599), the remaining balance is $500.

3.2 Logo and Brand Kit Payment Structure

Because logo concepts and brand kit materials can be viewed, copied, or reused prior to website launch, the Logo add-on and the Brand Kit add-on must each be paid in full upfront before work begins. Each add-on is $99, paid at the time of order confirmation.

3.3 Combined Orders

If the Client orders the website together with one or both add-ons, the upfront amount and the remaining balance break down as follows:

OrderUpfrontRemaining on Completion
Website only (English)$99 deposit$400
Website only (Bilingual)$99 deposit$500
Website (English) + Logo$99 deposit + $99 logo = $198$400
Website (English) + Logo + Brand Kit$99 deposit + $99 logo + $99 brand kit = $297$400
Website (Bilingual) + Logo + Brand Kit$297$500

3.4 Payment Method

All payments are processed via secure payment links sent by SMS and email. The Company does not collect or store credit card information directly on the TaskRbot.com website. Payment links are issued through an industry-standard payment processor.

3.5 No Final Delivery Before Full Payment

The Client will not receive final ownership, final files, final delivery access, or final website publication/transfer until all outstanding balances for the ordered services have been paid in full.

4.Scope of the Website Package

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard website package includes up to 5 pages:

  1. Home — overview, key services, calls to action.
  2. Services — list of offerings with descriptions.
  3. About — business story, experience, licensing / insurance, service area, reasons to trust the business.
  4. Our Work — a gallery of completed projects using photos and captions the Client provides.
  5. Contact — contact form, phone, email, WhatsApp or call/text buttons, service hours, and service area.

Each page includes:

The website package does not include (unless separately quoted in writing): e-commerce / online storefront, appointment booking or scheduling systems, membership or login gates, payment processing, blog setup with content migration, multi-location systems, custom back-end logic, CRM or ERP integrations, third-party API integrations beyond embedded contact/call buttons, large media hosting (video, large photo libraries), or ongoing SEO campaigns.

Additional pages beyond the 5 listed above may be added at the new-page rate in §2.4.

5.Scope of Bilingual Websites

A Bilingual website is a website whose pages are pre-translated and stored statically in two languages: English plus one additional language chosen by the Client at the time of order. Visitors switch between the two languages using a language-switcher element displayed in the site header. The second language version is not produced by on-the-fly machine translation.

What is translated:

What is not translated unless separately agreed in writing:

Conversion of an English-only website to Bilingual after the design phase has started is treated as a change of scope and will be quoted separately.

Translation accuracy. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving translated content prior to launch. Once the Client has approved the translated pages in writing (email, SMS, or form confirmation), the translation is considered accepted and any subsequent edits are billed as post-launch updates.

6.Logo Add-On

The Logo add-on ($99) is a simple professional business-logo service and includes:

A "revision round" means a reasonable set of edits (color, proportion, font, small adjustments) applied in one cycle to the concept the Client has chosen. If the Client is dissatisfied with both of the initial two concepts and requests additional concepts, each additional concept is billed at $49.

The Logo add-on is not a full brand-identity engagement. Advertising creative, social-media post templates, packaging design, vehicle wraps, or other extended identity work are available only as separately quoted projects.

7.Brand Kit Add-On

The Brand Kit add-on ($99) is a separate service and does not include logo creation. The Brand Kit is available only if one of the following applies:

The Brand Kit includes:

The Brand Kit is intended to create a consistent visual direction for the Client's website and online presence. It is not a full brand strategy, full identity system, or agency-level branding package. Edits to the PDF style guide after delivery are billed as post-launch work at the rates in §2.4.

8.Domain Name

The website price does not include domain-name registration (for example, johnplumbing.com). The typical cost of a standard .com domain is approximately $10–$15 per year, paid directly by the Client to the domain registrar.

The Company handles the setup of the domain on the Client's behalf. The domain is registered in the Client's name and contact information so that the Client owns it fully and can transfer it at any time. The Client is responsible for renewing the domain annually; the Company may, at its option, send reminders but has no obligation to do so.

If the Client already owns a suitable domain, the Company will connect it to the new website using standard DNS configuration, provided the Client grants the necessary registrar or DNS access.

9.Hosting

The Company provides free hosting for the Client's website on Netlify (or an equivalent modern hosting platform, at the Company's discretion). Under the current policy, there is no recurring hosting fee payable by the Client to the Company.

The Company reserves the right to change its hosting arrangements (for example, to migrate to a different hosting provider or to begin charging a reasonable hosting fee) at any time, provided that:

The Company is not responsible for outages, rate-limiting, or policy changes imposed by the hosting provider. The Company also does not provide bandwidth or traffic guarantees; sites receiving extraordinary traffic volumes may require migration to a paid hosting tier, which will be quoted separately.

10.Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary to complete the project, including, where applicable: business name; phone number; email; service categories; service area; business description; photos and other media; existing logo files; language choice for bilingual sites; color and style preferences; testimonials or references the Client wishes to include; and any other materials reasonably requested by the Company.

The Client is responsible for confirming that all submitted content is accurate, lawful, and authorized for use (see also §20). The Company is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, slow responses, inaccurate information, or lack of Client approval.

Approval, once given in writing (email, SMS, or form confirmation), is binding. Changes requested after approval are governed by §12.

11.Project Process

The standard project process is as follows:

  1. Client submits the website-order form on the "Get a Website" page.
  2. Company sends the Client a secure payment link for the $99 deposit (and, if applicable, for logo and brand-kit upfront charges) via SMS and email.
  3. Upon receipt of the upfront payment, Company sends the Client an intake questionnaire by email and SMS to collect remaining project details (services, service area, photos, testimonials, style preferences, and other materials).
  4. Company reviews the received information and begins design.
  5. Company presents an initial design direction (homepage layout / first draft).
  6. Client reviews and provides consolidated feedback within each revision round.
  7. Company completes the website based on the approved direction.
  8. Client performs a final review of the near-final site.
  9. Client pays the remaining website balance via a secure payment link.
  10. Company launches, transfers, or delivers the website once full payment is received.

No specific launch date is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing. Typical turnaround from receipt of all required materials to near-final site is approximately 5–10 business days for a standard English-only website, and somewhat longer for bilingual sites or sites with add-ons.

12.Revisions & Scope Changes

12.1 Included Revisions

Website projects include 2 rounds of revisions. A revision round means a reasonable set of edits requested at one review stage within the already-approved design direction and agreed scope.

Examples of standard revisions: changing text or headings, replacing photos, minor button or color changes, adjusting section order, and small visual tweaks within the approved style.

12.2 Additional Revision Rounds

If the two included revision rounds are exhausted, additional rounds are billed at $75 per round.

12.3 Changes Outside Scope

Requests that go beyond the already-approved scope are treated as change-of-scope and quoted separately. Examples include:

Such requests may be quoted as: extra revision work; custom hourly work at $45/hour; a fixed add-on quote; or, for large reworks, a separate redesign quote.

Major redesign or structural changes after approval are quoted separately.

13.Abandoned Projects

If the Client fails to provide required materials, approvals, or feedback within 30 calendar days of a written request from the Company (email or SMS), the project will be automatically paused. The Company is under no obligation to keep calendar time reserved for a paused project.

If the project remains inactive for 90 calendar days from the last substantive Client contact, the project is considered abandoned. At that point:

14.Ownership & Intellectual Property

All drafts, mockups, preview sites, logo concepts, brand-kit drafts, and other work product remain the property of the Company until all amounts due have been paid in full. Until full payment is received, the Client receives no ownership rights in any such materials.

Upon full payment of the applicable fees, the Client receives the right to use the final delivered website, final logo files, and final brand-kit materials for the Client's business, subject to any third-party licenses or restrictions (for example, licensed stock photography or paid fonts used with the Client's knowledge and consent).

The Company retains the right to re-use generic code, framework templates, design systems, and know-how developed in the course of the project for other clients. The Client's specific branding, photography, copy, and final delivered website layout are not re-used for other clients.

15.Portfolio Rights

The Company may feature the completed website, logo, and brand kit in its portfolio (on TaskRbot.com and in marketing or proposal materials), including screenshots, before/after images, and the Client's business name, unless the Client opts out.

Portfolio opt-out is free of charge. The Client may opt out at the time of order (in the order form) or at any time thereafter by emailing support@qai-solutions.com. Upon opt-out, the Company will remove the Client's project from its public portfolio within 30 days.

16.Post-Launch Bug Fixes

For 14 calendar days after launch, the Company will correct launch-related build issues at no charge. Covered issues include:

This free-correction period does not cover new content requests; style changes; design-preference changes; new pages or sections; third-party platform issues outside the Company's control; or changes caused by the Client or third parties after delivery.

Bug reports must be submitted within the 14-day window via email to support@qai-solutions.com or SMS to the Company's business line. Reports submitted after the 14-day window are billed as regular post-launch updates.

17.Post-Launch Updates

After the 14-day post-launch window, additional work is billed separately unless the Client is enrolled in the care plan (§18). See §2.4 for rates.

Typical turnaround for post-launch updates is 3–5 business days from the Client's approval of the scope. Requests requiring completion in under 24 hours incur a $30 rush fee, added to the regular update price.

18.Website Care / Maintenance Plan

The Company offers an optional monthly care plan at $49 / month, billed in advance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the care plan includes:

Unused minutes do not roll over to the following month. Minutes reset on the first day of each billing cycle.

The care plan does not include major redesign, unlimited edits, unlimited new pages, full restructuring, new functionality, or work that would exceed the monthly time budget. Work that exceeds the plan's monthly time budget is billed at the rates in §2.4.

The Client may cancel the care plan at any time with at least 7 days' written notice before the next renewal date. No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle. The Company may modify the plan's terms for future billing periods upon 30 days' advance notice.

19.Refunds & Cancellations

19.1 Website Deposit

The $99 website deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun. If the Company has not yet begun design work and the Client requests a cancellation within 3 business days of payment, the Company will issue a full refund of the deposit less any payment-processor fees.

19.2 Logo and Brand Kit Fees

Because logo concepts and brand-kit materials can be viewed, copied, or reused as soon as they are presented, logo and brand-kit fees are non-refundable once work has begun or once concepts, drafts, or proposals have been prepared or delivered to the Client.

19.3 Remaining Website Balance

If the Client refuses to pay the remaining website balance once the website is ready and reasonable objections have been addressed, the Company may withhold launch, transfer, access, final files, publication, and delivery until payment is made in full.

19.4 Cancellation Initiated by the Company

If the Company cancels the project before any design work has begun, the Client receives a full refund of any upfront payments (less any payment-processor fees). If the Company cancels after design work has started, the Company will refund any portion of payments not yet earned based on work reasonably completed, as determined in good faith by the Company.

19.5 Chargebacks

The Client agrees not to initiate a payment-card chargeback for work that has been performed or for services received. If the Client believes a payment should be refunded or disputed, the Client agrees to first contact the Company in good faith at support@qai-solutions.com.

20.Client Content & Legal Responsibility

The Client represents and warrants that they have the right to use any text, images, logos, testimonials, trademarks, or other materials they provide to the Company. The Client is solely responsible for:

The Company does not independently verify the Client's legal claims, licenses, certifications, or business status, and does not provide legal advice regarding them.

21.Lead Generation Disclaimer

The website may include contact forms, click-to-call buttons, text-message buttons, WhatsApp buttons, and similar lead-generation features. The Company builds these features using reasonable industry practices but does not guarantee the volume, quality, delivery rate, or response rate of leads generated through them.

The Company is not liable for missed leads or lost revenue resulting from: deliverability issues of email, SMS, or WhatsApp providers; user error in entering a phone number or email address; carrier filtering; Client-side issues (full inboxes, blocked phone numbers, disabled notifications); outages of third-party services such as Netlify, the Client's email provider, or messaging platforms; or any cause outside the Company's reasonable control.

22.Third-Party Services

The Company may work with third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers (for example, Netlify), form tools, email-delivery services (for example, Resend), communication platforms (SMS gateways, WhatsApp), and analytics services (for example, Google Tag Manager). The Company is not liable for outages, restrictions, policy changes, pricing changes, security incidents, or service failures caused by third-party providers.

23.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to services ordered through the "Get a Website" page shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, including but not limited to: loss of business, loss of leads or customers, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of revenue.

The Company is specifically not liable for: losses caused by expiration of a domain the Client controls; losses caused by hacking, DDoS attacks, or other malicious third-party activity; losses resulting from changes to algorithms, policies, or rankings by search engines, Yelp, Google, Facebook, or similar platforms; and any loss of data where the Client has not maintained its own backup of content and materials provided to the Company.

24.Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content, trademarks, photos, testimonials, or business claims the Client provided; (b) the Client's use of the delivered website, logo, or brand kit; (c) the Client's violation of any applicable law; or (d) the Client's breach of these Terms.

25.Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics or public-health emergencies, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, governmental orders, widespread internet or power outages, or failures of major third-party infrastructure providers. Deadlines and time periods under these Terms are extended automatically for the duration of any such event.

26.Communications & Notices

Official notices, approvals, deliverables, and payment links are sent to the Client's email address and mobile phone number on file in the order form. The Client is responsible for keeping that contact information current and for monitoring messages from the Company.

If the Client changes their email address or phone number, they must notify the Company at support@qai-solutions.com in writing. A notice is deemed received by the Client when it is sent to the last known contact information provided by the Client, regardless of whether the Client actually reads it.

27.Privacy Policy

The handling of personal information collected through the "Get a Website" page and related intake forms is governed by the TaskRbot.com Privacy Policy. By submitting the order form and checking the acceptance box, the Client agrees to both these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

28.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to services ordered through the "Get a Website" page shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal action, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by writing to the other party at the contact information on file and engaging in at least 15 days of good-faith discussion.

29.Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms posted and linked on the "Get a Website" page at the time the Client submits the order is the version that governs that order, even if the Terms are later updated. New versions apply to new orders submitted after the new effective date.

Separately, pricing on the Company's active price list may change at any time and applies to new orders; pricing for orders already confirmed and paid is not affected.
